The cozy and classic spirit of the Modern Farmhouse style is infused into the space of the renovated apartment in an elegant way.

Located on the 27th floor of an apartment building in Thu Duc city, the apartment with an area of 220m2 with overlooking the Saigon River is renovated by Vietline Interior Design into a cozy living space, recalling the rustic and close but equally luxurious image of the country house style. Modern.
In this project, the design office shows a new perspective on setting up a separate living space, personality is sometimes simply creating a peaceful place to return to. In addition to focusing on the details of the style, the materials used in the apartment are especially concerned about the aesthetic aspect, with the color of time, with the roughness, but still bring special emotions to the owner.
The overall color is cleverly and delicately selected. The neutral color gamut stretches like a wire that connects seamlessly between spaces. At the same time, the cold color of the duck-neck blue color of the central kitchen area and the light olive green color are combined in the lobby area and the dressing room, both helping to change the emotions when moving through each space gently, and balance the overall color of the apartment.
In the process of designing the apartment, the customer portrait is a suggestive element for the ideas of creative function layout, emphasizing the uniqueness of each subject. Grasping the owner’s hobby of reading and the volume of available documents, a working space integrated with a large reading room is arranged with a glass door system that can see the city and welcome natural light inside.
A small corner is arranged with two armchairs with dark leather frames, which can be used to change the position of reading books or for personal conversations. The two accompanying auxiliary tables with travertine stone surface with a minimalist, modern geometric structure. The travertine paint effect is also shown throughout from the living room space to the bedroom through the ceiling and wall categories, providing many different viewing angles and materials and the color also changes according to the light source of the lamp or natural light. This is also the rustic spirit in the farmhouse style of the apartment.
With the desire to create a living space with a timeless design, the details of the classic combined with handmade materials have long-standing values such as handmade ceramic tiles, terracotta tiles, raw linen fabrics or painted effects walls are also carefully considered.
