The apartment is located in District 10, Ho Chi Minh City, is an old apartment that is quite degraded.

Being located in a location with many green trees covering and receiving a lot of natural light, that made us decide to exploit natural light into the apartment as much as possible.
As a place for four family members to live, so balancing each individual’s preferences and Hoa Hoa aesthetic is a problem we have to deal with.
Although it is an old apartment, it owns a high ceiling and that is also the favorite point of the owner.

Having worked together for the third project, it is quite smooth to learn about exploiting or implementing the design intentions in this project.
The apartment uses a stretchy neutral color, light oak, blue evokes a little memory and plum red like wine glass on a light sunset afternoon
The red plum color symbolizes the warmth and closeness of the family
Blue represents cohesion.

We focus on the aesthetic element of the whole apartment but still ensure pure functionality.
Small apartment, small space, large function.
