This project is located in a district of Hanoi.
We acknowledge the current conditions of the project, have green space with relatively dense vegetation and head southwest.
This advantage keeps the house cool; However, because it is similar to typical narrow houses in Vietnam, there is not much natural light. Currently, only a little light shines in from the facade and limits the light hitting the backyard. Therefore, the main space in the center of the house is dimly lit and the stairs area is barely illuminated. We need to consider how to optimize the aesthetics of the entire space while ensuring the right height and light level for the ground floor.
What I appreciate in this project is that in addition to strictly complying with functional requirements, we have designed in harmony with the existing environment instead of changing or imposing changes on the surrounding space.
